Because my radio show is on a student-led radio station, it is obligated that we usually support the underground scene of music. Digital Leisiure Radio tries to follow this mission of KUCI with unheard DnB, unheard or underrated electronic music and unheard or underrated alternative (rock/indie) music.If you want to request, there is a few things to consider before you send us a track. I use Spotify to give the best visual measure. The following is considered as A-Play songs for KUCI Irvine.
The song has less than 3.5M plays on Spotify
The song is from an artist who has less than 1.5M monthly listeners on Spotify
There are a few exceptions
Songs with 3.5 million to 5 million plays by an A-Play artist or A-play songs performed by artists with more than 1.5 million listeners or songs from an A-play artist’s top 5KUCI’s mission is to ensure that new,
